Last few days, my back feel very tired and pain. I dont know why. Last night, i discovered a few red spots on my waist. Went to see doctor. He said shingles. Chinese people say it's 'snake'. GOSH!! Everyone keeps on saying it's very dangerous but i remain calm. oops...
