there are few important rules to obey...
1. thick face
2. communicate well with the department people
3. learn how to communicate in BM well
4. ready to WAIT for people
5. be patience as even u hand in the proposal and forms 1 MONTH earlier, they will only sign it the day before (where u keep on going to the office to urge them to do the stuffs)
6. be prepared to ask help from people
