randomness~~

super random post. i am going to start with some short posts first. Time needed to edit the HK + Macau Trip pitcha.... wait for it ya.... :)

The first dinner i had in campus after coming back from the trip. Costed me freaking RM5!!!!
Went window shopping with Garfield the other day.... Had this Kimchi Seafood Ramen :)
Had a lunch with the CF-ers the other day. Had duck rice in Sg. Bakap and for sure cendol pulut after that.
Went for a movie: This Means War on Saturday night. Had BK Doubles as dinner. Gonna miss this too after graduate.
First Sunday of Lent. The 'sandwich man'.....
Had pg char kueh tiaw after the mass. This is nice...cause a lot of 'ham'.
Pimple outbreak recently. gonna start to put my front hair up :(

Healthy Junk Food...

How do you define a healthy junk food??? Anyone???

Lol... Im kinda obsess with junk food recently... (might due to final exam syndrome.....).

If you're 80's babies like me, i think these junk foods are defined as COMMON in your dictionary...

I still remember i ate this super duper alot at my young age.....
 and not forgetting THIS:
 The inner packaging changed from white paper to thicker golden paper :( and and and.... only TEN pieces of haws per roll :(

One of my favourite sweets(besides the white rabbit chewy sweets)....
Of course, most of us are eye-ing the toys in side these boxes. Haha...Too bad i didnt buy these.... Snap this picture inside the supermarket..lol...
This is gonna be so random...lol...Bought other stuffs too besides the first 3 in the pictures.. Exam is near and i need an extremely lotsa foodie... haha... This is my back-up~~
Been super long i didnt put on mask....Gonna find some time to put it on..
My pen is out-of-service.... (thanks to lab reports)....
Start counting back home???? oops....
 and i cooked another dessert today. it's white fungus+longan dessert...yummy....
went for a walk with jia yee and kok sun. went to school to get our test paper~~

How to CURE your damn ACNE???

Recently lotsa my friend asking me: Are you on diet?? Why do you look so skinny??? Your face look more smooth... and etc....

Ever since i entered uni life, my face skin is getting worst and i'd gain my weight. Determination and never give up spirit really testing my patience all this while. At a point, i really feeling wanna just STOP and give up.


[July 2008] This is how i look when im entered uni life...pimple o pimple :(
[January 2009] This is me during my 1st year 2nd sem~~stress of uni life kononnya...
[July 2009] 2nd year 1st sem~~getting better as im taking Doxycycline~~
[April 2010] 2nd year 2nd sem~~
[August 2010] 3rd year 1st sem~~Pimple hunting me again and again...Ups and Downs~~ Start taking Nimegen...
[October 2010] 3rd year 2nd sem~~
[ January 2011] and currently ME^^
Seriously, there are lots of time that you'll feel depressed as people kept on saying about how serious is your face. There MUST be UPS and DOWNS in your life and you cannot avoid it. Courage is all i can say. Do not ever look down on yourself. Be confident. I hope this post can give some encouragement for those who are still trying to improve your acne problem. There's nothing impossible. 


I wanna share the product i've taken before :)
First i consumed Doxycycline 10mg for half years but it turned to be a bad news for me. So, i've stopped  taking medicine for 3 months and back to meet my skin specialist once again. Then i continued to take another medicine: nimegen. Taken for 6 months AGAIN!! and it gave me a positive feedback. As for cleanser, im using Cetaphil and Nanowhite Toner to clean all the dirt that stuck on my face surface. Currently im using b.liv pore reducing serum in order to reduce my large pore and for sure, it took a very very LONG time for me to recover and im still waiting for my final result.


For every effort you put in, there'll be a result: either it's good or bad. Do not expect the result within one or 2 days. Be patience and NEVER GIVE UP. Hope this will inspire you all and will give encourage you to do it. I do HOPE miracle will happen on each of you one day ^^

Dental Braces-7th day

Harlow peeps....

Wondering why i seldom talking on every detail of my life nowadays...No time to crap much =(

My foodie range changes kinda fast recently...

From Porridge that i always takeaway from my uni cafe...where the aunty treat me FREE PORRIDGE TWICE as she forgot to use low temperature when heating up the porridge lead to smoky porridge...
 To healthy oat...
 and to half boiled egg....
 and finally i had a proper meal on the 7th day ^^ Vege at last!!!!
Had a Bible Quiz just now and CONGRATZ once again to Goodness CG for winning the quiz. Had a burfday celebration for CF October Babies~~~and i ate 2 slices of the cake...yummy...
oh ya, daddy called..... told me my nephew started to walk. Cant wait to go back and play hide and seek with him!!! Miss home le.... 
7th day~~
My braces treat me pretty nice.... Doesn't feel the pain at all. Hope i can wait and see the final result with patience heart. Face acne condition doing a great job too. Almost a year effort does pay off. Take care peeps... ^^ God Bless you all...

bi bi bla bla....

hullo!!! ^.^

Updates again lo... Went to Parit Buntar wif my Ji Mui's yesterday. Suppose to sit on the FREE uni shuttle bus to PB but somehow the driver brilliant enough by driving the small bus. My friends and I ended up called for taxi lo. Had breakfast and i went for my hair treatment lo. Haha... Lazy to do rebonding at this time. Guess the hair dresser kinda 'bek chek' wif me as which ever answer i gave him is a NO.

1. Do you use oil??
No. Cause my hair oily enough.

2. Do you use hair conditioner?
No. No point.

3. When is your last time cutting your hair?
Err.... Half years ago?? lol...

In the end, he said my hair grow very slow =.= But that hair stylist is kinda good la... Friendly... That's all i can say..Ok lar...Promoting that salon. Named J-Image Hair Salon. Okay... "J" again..haha....My hair stylist on that day is REX. Wasted my RM60 for the hair treatment plus slightly hair cut. The service was pretty good.
Haha... after the treatment oil is added on~~
Well, my hair look like undergo rebonding after the treatment. But somehow i can see some messy small hair. Haha... It's time for rebonding again i think~~~ Treatment is just to make your hair healthy ^^

Went to Chinese Teacher House to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival last night. haha..Will update in next post (i promise...).

Bought Milo Fuze..... Oout of stock dy..hahaZ... had my nap after back from brunch. Continue watching HK drama again after that... haha... Rains so heavily and didnt get to jog wif pompuan cantik. Thot my jog mission gonna failed for today but luckily the rain stops at 6pm. Jogged alone-didnt see anyone jog when im jogging. Enjoyed the sceneries, hearing nice songs wif a slow jogging pace. Feeling so fresh after that =)

Continue wif HK drama then busy surfing on net. Not forgetting preparing my lab report =( while hearing on some nice songs.....

Dental Braces-Tooth Extraction 2, 3 and 4

went to uni clinic for the 2nd time and extracted the bottom right tooth. Frankly, itz super PAINFUL compare to the 1st extraction. Almost cried on the spot. Barely can eat on that day. Ugly pictures coming up~~~
can see how great my teeth are~~~ lol...

due to TIME matters, i went for the 3rd extraction which includes extraction of 2 tooth at one time. Didnt feel any pain though i extracted 2 tooth but it's bleeding like shit.....Cant even open my mouth cause i scare the blood will keep on flowing...and the saliva keep on dripping like the pipe water =.=

and ere it is.... 4 tooth that i've extracted. Too bad i didnt collect my extracted wisdom tooth last time =(

1. SALMON
Salmon is an ideal food for many reasons, but as far as your skin’s concerned, there’s only one that matters: It’s among the world’s greatest sources of omega-3 fatty acids. ahjoy: well, salmon is one of my favorite fish dishes but itz kinda pricy. Hoever, if i get to choose any fish meals, im going for Salmon. So, CHECKED~~


2. CARROTS
Carrots are teeming with tiny orange pigments called beta-carotene, and when you ingest those pigments, you’re inviting them to nestle into your skin, fill in blotches, and give you a healthy glow. And what’s more, research shows that this can actually help prevent premature aging from sun damage. But is the accumulation of orange in your skin going to make you look like an extra from Jersey Shore? Well, hopefully not. But eating excessive loads of carotene-rich foods can lead to a condition called carotenosis, wherein your skin stops looking healthy and starts looking, well, orange. But the conditions is rare, so unless you notice yourself turning into a prison jumpsuit, feel free to chow down.

ahjoy: Haha..once my skin ever turn 'orange' cause i took it almost everyday. I LURVE carrot. Somehow, i just dont understand why some people dont like to eat it raw. So, CHECKED~~

3. AVOCADO
One study published by The Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that people with higher intakes of olive oil had fewer wrinkles than people with higher intakes of butter. The reason: Butter is loaded with saturated fat, while olive oil is rich in monounsaturates, the same essential fats that make up more than 50% of the calories in an avocado. So why eat avocado over olive oil? Both are good, but avocados have the added bonus of B vitamins, which also help to keep your skin looking vibrant and smooth.

ahjoy: unable to find this around my campus. Oh well, i miss my dad's home made avogado ice cream. blend and mix it wif sugar and milk then freeze it for a day then walaaaa... so, CHECKED~~

4. BEANS
Legumes, to be more precise. This is the class of plants that includes black beans, chickpeas, lentils, soybeans, and peanuts. And how do these puny pods protect your face? By smoothing out wrinkles. Australian researchers analyzed the diets of more than 400 elderly men and women and found that high intakes of legumes—alongside vegetables and healthy fats—resulted in 20% fewer wrinkles over time. The effect is likely a result of isoflavones—potent antioxidants—concentrated in the beans.

5. GRAPES
Besides providing protection from heart attack and stroke, antioxidants called polyphenols found in grapes can also help keep middle-aged skin from sagging. That’s because polyphenols improve skin’s elasticity by strengthening collagen, the primary protein in skin’s innermost layer.

6. WATER
Okay, it’s not as fun to drink as wine, but water is the strongest weapon you have against lifeless skin. That’s why they call it “moisturizing”—because you’re trying to lock moisture, aka water, into your skin. To put it broadly, all the body’s processes rely on hydration, so if you’re not sipping throughout the day, you’re likely to have a slower metabolism, groggier head, and, yes, drier skin. One study suggested that it takes a mere half-liter of water to create a measurable increase in the capillary blood flow to your body’s outer layer. That’s just over 16 ounces. Try doing that a few times a day and you’ll have a face like a baby’s bottom in no time.

this is how nimegen 20mg looks like....

As i mentioned before, im taking an acne medication given by my specialist. This is the package look..there's a pamphlet inside... this is how nimegen looks like.... brown and white soft cap.back...

So far i took 50 soft capsules. Skin getting dry and peeling off each day. Start to change new skin. 10 more capsule to go and im looking forward for the next changes. You need to swallow each capsule after your meal and i can taste a bit of chocolate flavor. lolz.... Awaiting my next treatment. 2 more months to go.... Im waiting... By the way, you need to check your blood to see your liver performance =)
