Mukah: a place that i visited when I was 10 years old. I never
imagine that after 12 years, i'll back and work in this place. Oh well, not the
real working life to be exact. Internship might sounds kinda stress, but it may
sounds fun (depends on how you look at it).
There are UPS and DOWNS during my internship.
1. Got to use the kitchen
2. Cried because of some misunderstanding
3. Walked from the cafe back to the office
4. Jog less than 2km (bad performance as I used to jog 2.4km back
in campus)
5. Got to play basketball with my friends (oh well, im a NOOB
player)
6. Got to play badminton with my colleagues. I got to join the
badminton tournament. Thanks to my colleagues. Too bad, my partner and I didn't get to enter 2nd round. Sorry for my bad performance.
7. Woke my roommie up once around 2am because I am not feeling
well.
8. Went dinner with friends
9. Awesome colleagues
10. Got
to stroll and have fun at the beach with my housemates
11. Got to know 2 new friends from other uni
13. Learnt a game from my colleagues. Had fun playing with them to kill my boredom
14. Lovely farewell prepared by my friends
Sometimes I do feel hopeless and direction-less. I don’t know why I felt so. Being away from home is not a problem for me as I accustomed with it already. Life in a small town wasn't a bad decision BUT:
1. Unable youtube
2. Hardly YM and no Gtalk
3. Can’t detect Digi line in the house....
4. 30km++ away from the nearest town if want to buy
something
Oh man, thank God that I am able to survive.
Lotsa people asked: 'why do you choose here'?? Oh well, all I can
say is God's plan. Frankly, I did regret for not choosing Penang or Kuching.
Those place could be more fun and awesome compared with the place I am stuck in.
Life was great at Mukah. Expect the
unexpected :)
Another blessing that I got is I got a chance to explore and
learn something new in 3 different departments.
Some
interesting stuffs that will always keep on my mind....
1. Cast house- the workers are hilarious. They love jokes: which is good as you won’t feel the time passes super SLOW during
working hours. I think their jokes can beat some of my uni friends' lame jokes.
There was one morning that I was unable to find a parking lot. Thanks to the
workers, they asked me to wait awhile and they reversed their car and let me park
(they're in night shift).
2. QA-another bunch of cheerful and hilarious workers. The 'ring
ring' jokes.... OMG.... I won’t forget. Got to talk with 'moms' and it was
really nice to hear from someone that's older than you. Sometimes, they asked
me to eat 'takeaway lunch' with them but too bad my lunch time is different
from theirs. I love this department most as I got to apply the knowledge I learnt
in uni and got exposed to several machines.
3. Electrolysis: frankly, I was not feeling excited to go into
this department. It was HOT and less girls there :( However, the workers and my
SIFU were very friendly and willing to teach me.
