HK & Macau Itinerary Day 3 [Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Island]

Day THREE of our trip. Found something special about the lift in the place we stayed. There is only DOWN button available. Imagine if you wish to go up (eg. 10th floor) from 6th floor, you need to go down till ground/ 1st floor then UP again. =.= 2 lifts available; which one is for odd number floors and another is for even number floors.

We had congee for breakfast. This shop is 'recommended' if you stay in Ah Shan Hostel/ Dragon Inn (cause it's near and quite famous). There were super a lot of people. Initially, we had to share a large table(for 6 persons) with other customers. Lucky us: one smaller table(for 4 persons) available a few minutes after we sat down the 'sharing table'. So, in the end, we got our own table. LolZ. As usual, the menu was in Chinese characters and my travel-mate had to translate once again. Tea will be served once you sit down. This happened to every coffee shop that we went.

We strolled around Mongkok area: Ladies' Market (Yung Choi Street), 'Sportswear Street', Fa Yuen Street Market and Sai Yeung Choi Street. We walked from Ladies' Market, walked till Sai Yeung Choi road, walk passed Soy Street then walked to Fa Yuen Street  (Sportswear Street). Most of the roads in HK occupied by taxi/ public bus. There are so many types of waffles and snacks in HK. I got to try the 'egg waffle' as recommended by my friend.

A: Ladies' Market, B: Fa Yuen Street

Did I mentioned that I got to shop in Missha, SaSa and Bonjour?? Gosh.. Unable to resist princess sickness. We went to TST again for the ferry services to Wan Chai (Tips: Use your Octopus Card to exit instead of cash). We spotted the famous soft ice cream van in front of the Kowloon Star Ferry Pier. HKD 8 for each cone.

We stayed in Go Inn HK. Located in King's Road. Walking distance from Fortress Hill Station. Had a late lunch at a Chinese Restaurant.

We strolled around and saw a few property agent shop which I used to see in HK Drama. We went to a mart to buy something by using Octopus Card (it's damn convenient). Went to shopping centre for some sort of window shopping.

tram!!!!

After the window shopping spree, we walked around and found St. Peter Church North Point which located up hill. We went for a supper and the cooks were preparing for some takeaway-delivery orders. Heard some jokes regarding the takeaway-delivery scene (which my friend told me after we left the shop).
