oops...sure some of u start scolding me atm...really weird...i skip my bfast till i dun feel like taking my lunch...recently eat very very few...duno why....my eating apetite gone liao =(

as i mentioned in my previous post, today i need to cook dinner lo..

hahaZ...

stayed in the kitchen since 3pm liao....gonna preparing the ingredients ma and the dinner must be ready by 6pm. so, gonna show some home recipe to u guys...i bet these dishes are super easy...

the dip sauce...

1. Prepare the ingredients- garlic, chillies, limau nipis and oyster sauce... well...i prefer maggi oyster sauce cause it tastes nices...

2. Finely cut the garlic and chillies. Make sure u wear glove(in case u burn ur hand..lolZ....n i burned mine today).

3. Put the finely cut garlic + chillies in small bowl (correct english?? lolZ). Then slice the limau nipis and squeeze the juice out. Add oyster sauce according to ur like-ness..hahaZ...and TADA...the dipping sauce...

Next is the obor-obor (well...i dont know wat is this called...)

1. Cut the obor-obor into slices

2. Soak it in water and wash it few times

3. Repeat 2 for a few time till the obor-obor not salty

4. Ready to serve (before serve...rmb to wash it again)..haha...

Then the soup...

1. Prepare ingredients
in Chinese it's called 'zhou cai'. tasted sour...and tomato...
small onion(finely slice), chilli and garlic. Dont forget some ginger...
and of course the prawn..

2. Pour some oil and stir fry the onion in when the oil is hot. When a nice smell of the fried onion is out, put in the 'zhou cai' the stire til a NICE smell out.

3. Pour in boiling water and put all the other ingredients (tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli)

4. Add some red wine if u have ^.^

5. Put in the prawn when you are about to eat (scare the prawn not nice cuz overcook)

6. Ready to be served...

i cooked 2 vege dishes also....baby kailan and mushroom+bai cai. LolZ...the dishes can tutup mata sebelah to cook so no nid to teach la hor.. =P
