actually today not really wanna take my lunch. but duno why suddenly i have the intention to eat. aih..thx to fiona for helping me dabao AGAIN~~i duno wat's this called..some wud call it wantan mee if im not mistaken la.. and fiona treat me this lor..hiak hiak hiak..peanut ice blended..it tasted superb..
BUT..talking bout 'PEANUT', it reminds me of 'Pimples' and indirectly it reminds me of a friend's name similar to peanut in chinese. and i read on an article bout pimples. gosh~~ere wat it says..
There are several reasons why pimples appear. One of the commonest ones is oily skin. You have to determine whether or not you have oily skin. If you do, then you should take measures to combat this. You would have to make changes in your diet in accordance with your skin type. Peanuts are very rich in natural oils. If you are suffering from pimples as well as oily skin, then it is better that you stay away from peanuts and all products that contain peanuts as well. You can make some other positive changes in your diet too. Make it a point to eat a bowl of salad before every meal. Try not to use dressing, as this will also contain some element of oil which will only add to the oiliness of your skin as well as your pimples. Raw vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce and baby spinach are excellent for salads. If you must have some taste, you can add salt and pepper to your salad. You can also season it with lime juice. Stay away from oily food. This would also include fried foods and foods that are rich in butter. You must avoid junk food at all costs. It not only contains too much oil, it also contains preservatives and other chemicals that will always add to your skin ailments. You should also make sure you drink plenty of water. This will also ensure that your skin is healthier and that you remain free of pimples and oiliness. Water will also flush out unwanted stuff from your body via urine and sweat.
You should try to inculcate a routine of daily exercise. This is also particularly good for the health of your skin. Exercise opens up your pores and makes it easier for your skin to breathe better and more easily. If possible, try to go for aerobic exercise. This will be of maximum help in your case. You should also make it a point to cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin every night before going to bed. Use milk as a natural cleaner that will have excellent results. For toning, you can use cucumber juice. This is an excellent product to use for all skin types. It is preferable to use a moisturizer that is specially formulated for oily skin, as this will be grease free in nature. Follow this routine on a daily basis and you will not have any further skin problems.
haha..my skin indeed the oily type. and i love salad+dressing de. Gosh!! nid to avoid seeing that food liao T.T recently kinda alergic with pimple. argh..today have new 6 spots-cause by eating steamboat few days ago..so..need to start controlling my food..everytime fiona help me dabao, i would say 'healthy food'. lolZ..til she reli gt no idea wat to dabao..soli lar fiona~~i say that cuz i knew u know my taste..hehe..

If you not to follow at least half of it,there is no solution for get out of pimples...haha
If personally,can't do it, then you need your friend to enforce you to do. This will lead to high effectiveness. When you are weak to refuse avoid it,they will remind you.
This is effective...I'm try before when my friend have stop me to play computer by study daily, then discussing after the day. Penalty will be given to me which didn't study....haha
