Laksa Sarawak!!

wuhoo...finally have time to update my blog...obviously, this post is related to LAKSA SARAWAK....

last saturday (29/8), woke up kinda early and went to market with hooi keng, nicholas and isaac around 8am(i bet most of u still zzz) so really need to thanks them for spending their time with me. We went there to buy raw ingredients for laksa sarawak...wakaka..nicholas, the driver, read The Star in car while waiting for us. miss president, hooi keng and the lame guy, isaac were helping me to carry all the stuffs (THANKS!!). Luckily i did prepare the buying list, else i really wil forget bout it. After buying the ingredients, we went to buy some kuih =) handling the eggs (blue plastic bag) with care..lolZ... then, we went to richard and steven house (place we messed up their kitchen)...we delegate jobs to ensure the laksa will be served on time..lolZ..isaac and steven in charge to pluck the tauge.. richard and nicholas in cahrged to split the meat in to small pieces(my english is lousy...duno how to say...). so, gals in kitchen....this is what we did lo...boiled the chicken...preparing the laksa soup...stirring the herbs to make sure it's fragrance and naik lemak... hooi keng helping in handling the shrimps.... pouring hot water (as the stove at their house doesnt perform well) the tauge.... make simple omellete but i failed(mayb nt my house utensil matter)...next time nid ask hooi keng to make as she made a nicer piece... the sleeping pig isaac koh...zzz while all of us are busy... wuhoo...some of the things u needed to eat with for laksa sarawak...actually hooi keng and me found a new snack..the chicken with the fried egg...itz tasted nice and is a gud combination if u eat together..hehe... yeah...we're SARAWAK FOOCHOW LANG...me(brown), jasmine(black), richard(red), steven(green), grace(blue)....mr edmond...where are u???? the kuah..heheZ....someone claimed that we-Sarawak ppl make lotsa noise in the kitchen. cause we were busy tasting the kuah but feel like something wrong with the taste. lack of something and that something is the santan..lol...used lotsa santan..... yeah...ready to eat...actually we forgot bout the tauge as i put the tauge in the fridge. luckily edmond did mentioon that we lacked of tauge...then only i remember bout the tauge in the fridge... OMG!!!Miss the sarawak laksa taste soooooooooooooo much.... grace.... loong wei....the one who specially requested for yellow mee...haha...the original laksa sarawak is eaten with bee hoon... ISAAC!!! penang guy...nicholas...luckily he say the taste is nice... richard...thx for lending ur kitchen.. jasmine...eat MORE...i will cook MORE... steven...thx for lending ur kitchen oso...and also borrowing some utensil from ur neighbour..as bible said ' love you neighbour' mar.... miss president..thx for helping to prepare the ingredients..hahaZ...eat more!!so skinny... thx jasmine n grace for helpin in washing the dishes...

after that, they were busy composing songs for family camp... time to go back..saw steven's BIG CAP for his geomatic...so, become the cap model awhile..heheZ..
*for those who went back home and didnt get to try, dont feel sad. if my mood is good, i'll cook again in future..heheZ...
