Mee Sua aka longevity noodle

Today's Mother's Day...lolZ...not really celebrate it today as we need to wait my twin back to celebrate it together. Today mom cooked foochow people noodle; mee sua with red wine chicken soup. yummy...mee sua...and u need to cook it in hot water...mom cooking the mee sua.. the chicken soup..yum yum...
ready to serve...can see the red wine??hehe..can add more in the soup if u want to...this is mine...LOVE mushroom ^.^ and not forgotten the eggs...
okay...here is the way of cooking yummy red wine chicken soup(my mom's recipe la...). First, u nid to prepare the ingredients la (for sure). Lolz...Put ginger inside the bowl, stir fry till good smell before u put in the whole chicken (better put whole chicken for better taste) and stir fry again together. HahaZ..Then, put in boiling water and mushroom.Let the soup boil as long as u can (at least MUST 1 hour). Then, put in red wine and ready to be served =)
